Nowhere that I belong
I’m a waste of space
I wait silently alone
I have no place
I’m beaten to the ground
I recoil myself into a ball
Protecting anything I can
In this world, I feel so small
I cry in agony
As he bends back my wrist
I try to get up
But am denied by his fist
Something makes him turn away and run
I pray for that thing
I pray for myself
And for the life that I cling
I weep so quietly, no-one can hear
I am the Victim
