Yesterday I lost everything,
Yesterday I escaped an orphanage,
Yesterday I saved Zelda from a fire,
Yesterday I was walking with the other Jews.

Today I’m being saved by Barney,
Today I’m living in a basement,
Today I’m helping a Nazi with a sore tooth,
Today I’m getting caught by the Nazi.

Tomorrow I will be put in a train,
Tomorrow I will jump out of the train,
Tomorrow I will have a happy life,
Tomorrow Barney will tell the other kids about a deep sleep and it will come true.
