Day Dream

As the music flows through my ears, I close my eyes and disappear.
I take a leap and fly places far away, as I’ve escaped my reality.

I find myself on a beach, as the waves tried to reach.
Palm trees were waving at me,
Wondering where everyone else could be.

Suddenly I hear a moan, realizing I am scared lost and alone.
Sheltered under a tree, no one to protect me.

There I was in fear, about to shed a tear.
Then I see a bright light, is that what I think it might?

As I draw near, there were voices that were unclear.
I hear them chanting at me. What could it possibly be?

I opened my eyes, there goes my dream ship through the skies.
I find myself on the floor, with my friend yelling my name from the door.
