Raging bright and high
Families flee from the lie,
Arsonists set the place alight
The blackness above the night-like sky.
Black, black Saturday
Victoria mourns,
The deaths and injuries
Even newborns.
Lucky people just survive
Crackling and popping run the night,
From the lie that burns the town
Down and under towards the ground.
Victoria mourns,
