Like monkeys they dodged and played
Back and forth and back and forth
Like the song of birds, the whistling sharps
The deadly, diving swoosh

LIke the earth and rain and the evening sun
The monkeys feet turned red
Dodge and play, dodge and play
They slept one by one.
