Easter Day

I wake up in the morning looking in my bed
So what do I find a little Easter egg
The cellophane was yellow, polka dots are red
I step out of bed there’s one next to my leg

As I look for more Easter eggs I spot a huge box
Do I take a peep? Do I take a look? Yes I shall
OMG it’s a little bunny it looks like it has chicken pox
It’s wearing a pink collar with a cute bell

What is that wonderful smell? It’s hot cross buns
Mum has warmed them up
There are so much on the plate I think it weighs a ton
Excuse me mum can I have some milk in my Easter cup

What a wonderful Day
The sun is shinning
Right on the bay
I must say good day with such great timing
