Watch the Rain Fall

The cloudy weather had drawn in,
The rain began to fall,
Finally, the drought had broke,
It was a miracle.

Then it began to splitter and splat,
Splitter, splat, splitter, splat,
Bang! Went the thunder,
Crack! Went the lightning.

Now the rain was pelting down,
As hard as a bullet.
Later on that evening, the Rain began to ease,
Everyone was happy and very pleased.
