We are all savages at heart
Concealing until we can no more
Violence and tragedy
Never seemed so real.
Fighting to hide
What is inside of us
To stop the sadness
That we will incur.
Nothing can stop
The feel of evil
When you hear yourself
Breathing hard.
It cannot be stopped
Only disguised
It helps when you know
You're a savage at heart.
