I Am

I am imaginative and confident,
I wonder where the wind begins and ends,
I hear the birds wings gently flapping as they fly by,
I want to grow up to be an actress that can do my job and be admired
I am imaginative and confident.
I taste the sweet tanginess of sherbet straw,
I smell the familiar scent of the blue ocean and coconuts when I go to
Daydream Island,
I dream of being able to fly high and freely like a bird.
I am imaginative and confident.
I worry that one day my family will go somewhere forever and leave me behind,
I cry tears of sadness when I think of my Nanna and Grandad passing away in
the future,
I hope one day we could get a friend for our dog because she is lonely,
I am imaginative and confident.
