You stand between two crude paths,
Two interpretations of tomorrow,
To make one momentous decision
And decide which path to follow.
The first is undemanding,
Where ignorance is bliss,
To watch time fly by,
And reside, and reminisce.
The second is demanding,
The birthplace of betrayal,
To fly with time and fade,
A world that’s noncommittal.
Both paths are worn out from people unknown,
Whose footsteps will you choose?
The choice you make is of your own
Between two different views.
