With glistening wings, and the flick of a wand,
The fairies head off to the tree by the pond.
Here they gather, in the tops,
While the rabbits and chipmunks help set up the shops.
The King and Queen put on their crowns,
While the fairies smooth down their beautiful gowns.
For spring is just in a day.
The mainland changes far away.
The birds to sing, the flowers to wake.
The mainland will change for their own, little sake.
So, if you are in spring right now,
Then clap your hands and take a bow.
For if you do this, you reveal,
You know the secret, that fairies are REAL.
