Like a soldier in the rain, I stand alone
My comrades all down
Fallen beside me
The rain feels like death
Coming to collect me
Icy cold on my burning skin
And that’s when it hit me
I was dreaming of a place
Darker than the night sky
Where dreams are lost and horrors are met
And that place
Doesn't have a name
Here the wind howls
All day and all night
And every beautiful thing is lost
To destruction and pain
