Wasn't It?

But that was the moment their lives changed, wasn’t it?
When that black bull, came through in a major fit
He snorted and stomped and bellowed with rage
The farmer never knew he should be kept in the cage
And so through that quite little paddock he stomped
And the dogs turned their attention to the bull that romped
“I’ll get you all” that mighty bull said
“Get off of our land” those three dogs pled
And so that fight began, of bull and dogs
Through that thick mud, that stains and bogs
But the bull was unfair at his murderous game
And towards that helpless little puppy he came
The other two knew what he was doing
And so they charged and nipped at the bull with no rueing
But the Bull he thrashed and kicked and rammed till he tore
Until that little black puppy could move no more.
