I stare into your tear stained eyes, as you try to explain,
But really your just making excuses, searching for a reprieve.
You don't deserve my forgiveness, not a shred of it,
Yet you think you do you think you've won, but you've not.

You chose to drown your sorrows, where as I drown in mine.

I put on a smile to cover it up, and wipe away my tears.
