Mary-Anne, don’t sit and cry,
come out to play, don’t be shy.
Don’t worry your little head,
let yourself free.
Mary-Anne come and seek,
seek what you see,
and you will find the happiness
you desperately need.
Mary-Anne don’t hide your face,
your beauty will die,
without proper light
and will be left with a plain face.
Mary-Anne wonder the world,
in search for the peace
and find yourself in war,
between dark and light.
Mary-Anne fall in love,
find the one you want to be with,
Mary-Anne feel the joy,
happiness and hurt.
you see we are not young anymore,
and we have to die.
