In the early years of Rome,
The Gracchi brothers ruled,
They lived in a brown dome,
They did not have to be home schooled.

Marius and Sulla,
Aimed to strengthen the senate,
And turn the darkness to colour,
Nearly as good as Wayne Bennet

Caesar came along,
With a great army reform,
Because he wanted to belong,
His changed brought about a new dawn

Sulla, the great
Unthinkable moves
Laws he made,
Legislations he gave,
A man to be remembered
