He took his little daughter in a sweet embrace,stroking her delicate rosy face.
Then they played happily together all day
collapsing after, exhausted on a picnic mat they lay.
As he twirled her strawberry blonde locks,he handed her a powder pink box.
"My daughter, my sweetheart, my sweet Annalise, accept this locket, would you please? as a token from my heart.I love you and this locket will keep us together however far apart."
