Rolling blue, jagged mountains.
Shimmering lights between the crevices.
Looks transparent, magical and mystical.
Impressive mountains that look like clouds.
blue velvet sky rising as,
daylight is fading in power.
The moon is taking over the sun's job.
The silhouette of the moon casting shadowy light.
Illuminating the stillness of the quite night.
The moon is the night guard of the universe.
Protecting animals great or small,
from predators lurking in gloomy places.
Rough, cratered moon with its powerless
reflection.
The moon dwarfing other planets.
Sun emerging from its peaceful resting place,
breaking dawn awakens the night time slumber.
