There is enough in the world for everyone’s need.
But not enough for everyone’s greed.

We are so caught up in the midst of our lives,
We are unaware of the people, trying to survive.

But, whilst we give, we have an appetite to take.
Until nothing is left, but our hearts to break.

So perhaps just once, join me if you will,
To count our blessings, be happy, and tranquil.
