She’s in the gate,
She’s raring to go,
She’s waiting to run the race of her life,
The bell goes,
She springs from the gate,
But,
She is held back,
Coming to the last turn,
She runs with all of her energy,
22 lengths in front,
She crosses the finish line,
She is the winner of the breeder’s cup,
She has her blanket and ring of rosettes,
She wears them with pride,
She goes by the name,
Zenyatta.
