Jake's Cake

Once there was a snake,
And this snake was called Jake,
Now, one day Jake decided to bake a cake,
He was so excited that he wanted to shake!
He got his ingredients (and made sure they weren't fake),
They included a freshly made, green rake,
And a cupful of water from the big lake,
Oh, and a few other things for goodness sake!
He put them in a tray and put them in to bake,
But when he took it out it was only a flake!
I feel sorry for poor Jake the snake!
