I’ve waited for seconds and minutes and hours,
I’ve been patient for days then weeks then months.
Almost a year, a year of this;
Just to see you stop at last.
So just let me wash my hands,
Of your gorgeously stupid farce:
Because I miss being alone-
And I hate your smiling face.
So let your snows melt away,
It’s making you weaker.
Don’t make them tears,
That’s what gods’ call sinful.
Don’t drink up your happiness,
The stars are cold for a reason.
Indulge in what you can,
Just because you’re human?
You’ve waited for seconds and minutes and hours,
You’ve been patient for days then weeks then months.
Almost a year, a year of that;
Just to see me stop at last.
I’ll let you deceive your hands,
With my wondrous farce:
Because you hate being alone-
And you miss my smiling face.
