Raging storms and high, mighty seas,
Darkened clouds and a strong, salty breeze.
Wind cutting my skin like a knife,
Rain on my face and a soul full of life.
Lightning splitting the sky in half,
I throw back my head and let out a wild laugh.
Thunder booms in the sky overhead,
I laugh again, feeling no dread.
I'm happy out here, I'm completely me,
It's the one time I feel like I'm actually free.
Mysterious shadows and unearthly sounds,
I'm still watching as the storm pounds and bounds.
I stay until I'm completely dissolved,
Part of the storm, all problems are solved,
When I'm with chaos all is right,
'Cause in the darkness, I see light.
