I found a man,
of inordinate exposition.
Skin taught and immutable against his ribs,
forged of iron; sheathed in gold.
Stomach concave with the ache of harsh toil,
plastered in silver, capital of the class.
His heirlooms the recreation of scars,
beaming warily against the raw
skin,
on his wrists and encasing his being.
Feet calloused, impure,
dismaying their prosperous forefather.
Solitary he served, far from legacy.
The epitome of emaciation,
and yet, he is a full man.
