I met my best friend on the first day of prep.
I met my best friend at school,
that's how we met.
I was 5 and she was 6,
and we liked to play pick-up sticks.
Everyday I would hold her hand,
as our friendship was really grand.
We were in the same class every year,
and to the teachers it was clear...
that we are best friends.
No matter what,
even though she left the school and moved house,
our friendship is nowhere near the end,
and she is still my best friend!
