Under The Sea

Under the sea the dolphins swim miles,
joyfully wearing their happiest smiles.
King Triton, the merman, will tighten his grip
over the ocean when he senses a rip.
The coral is breath-taking with its colours so bright
they shimmer and glisten in the dazzling sunlight.
Sea anemones and urchins, creatures great and small
the reef with its protection is home to them all.
The whale is majestic as he slowly lumbers by.
His bulk seems so weightless as the sea keeps him high.
The scuttling crustaceans stop and stare in awe,
as the massive whale casts a shadow on the sea floor.
All over the world our seas fill us with joy,
but often we forget it’s not a renewable toy.
So please, please take care all of our nations,
Or there will be no aquatic beauty for future generations.
