Finalist in the 'The Write Track 2015' competition
Stones crunching under my shoes,
The sky a patchwork of whites and blues.
Whistling winds whirl around,
The tweeting birds make a beautiful sound.
The trees wave and say hello,
The language they speak they do not know.
Insects flying here and there,
Their beating wings fly through the air.
The sun beats down upon my face,
Nothing is the bush is out of place.
Flora and fauna in harmonious existence,
Water splashes in the distance.
Plants growing in the wild,
Sprouting up like a child.
Leaves are falling from the trees,
Landing on the ground with ease.
