Excellence Award in the 'The Write Track 2015' competition

I saw this competition add,
It said to write a poem.
So I attached and emailed it,
to my computer at home.

It said I could win an xbox
It said I could win cash.
And straight away I got thinking,
what I could do with that.

I'll work real hard,
I'll do my best and I'll make the state team,
And when they send me overseas
my mum won't have to scream.
"Where's all this money coming from,
where will we get the dough"?
Then I'll say that "I won it mum.
Now please, please can I go"?
