You look at me with lovers eyes, Watch my soul, watch me cry.
Watch the tears roll down my cheek, Chest caves in, knees fall weak.
For I am just a girl with eyes, Eyes to stare, eyes to cry.

You look at me with lovers pain, Watch me fall, watch in vain.
Watch my life fade to dust, Losing faith, losing trust.
For I am just a girl in pain, Pain to lose, lose in vain.

You look at me with lovers heart, Watch me fade, watch me part.
Watch as I start to break, Break in half, nothing fake.
For I am just a girl with heart, A heart to break, break apart.

I look at you with broken eyes, Watch your soul, watch you cry.
Watch you break down in tears, Stand up tall, face your fears.
For you are just a boy with eyes, Eyes to stare, eyes to cry.
