Haunted Darkness

As my eyes watch the beautiful colours float across the sky.
I feel relaxed, but know I'm still stressed .
I'm lost, I don't know what to do with myself.
If it wasn't for my selfish self I wouldn't be in this position.
I made the decision to stop and sleep even if I didn't make it through the night.
Its morning, I was woken by a creature calling for help.
I look around there but there's nothing in sight.
I hear the call for help again.
Where is it? Why is it calling like that?
I sprint, following the light and seeing where it takes me.
I finally reach the light, it's beautiful.
I hear footsteps as if someone was following me.
I think it is just in my mind, but I can't be sure.
I hear a loud growl and start running again.
I look back to see if there is anything behind.
I've lost them, theres nothing .
As I gasp for air I seem to feel dizzy as if something hit me in the head.
Suddenly I have been taken away to the end.
I'm petrified "where am I going" I ask.
I hear nothing but silence.
They push me into a dark room.
But they dont notice theres a window is open.
I climb out the window.
I'm free I'm free I shout.
I ended up back where i'm meant to be.
