Olivia
During the month of January,
Born to me was a baby cousin.
A new member of the family,
One of a dozen.
Her smile so big and gorgeous,
Her eyes big and brown.
Her voice so precious,
Could turn a million smiles upside down.
Listen to her chirping voice,
Smell her sweet scent.
Look at her blonde curly hair,
You’d know she’s heaven sent.
My special little cousin,
So proud of her I am.
Not so little anymore,
Grown out of her navy pram.
We couldn’t wait for her to walk and talk,
Now she runs amuck.
All we tell her now,
Is to sit down and shut up!
