Maths Is Fun

The bell rings at school to end my very long lunch,
It's maths time and I am ready to learn a whole new bunch.
The teacher gets up to talk about maths,
Every day she gives us a lot of interesting facts.
There’s five more minutes of the last class of the year,
The class talk about the measurement of a deer.
Now the session time is over and done,
Maths time has been a heap of fun.
I’m looking forward to next year,
And I have absolutely no fear,
Because there’s more maths,
And a lot more fun facts!
