An autumn leaf flickers off its branch,
The brisk wind lifts it away,
Swirling,
Spiralling,
Fluttering,
It flits away,
Landing on the damp grass,
Covered in a blanket of leaves,
One by one,
The remaining covering,
Abandons their tree,
To begin,
On their own,
New,
Journey.
