Droplets of water making pitter patter noises,
The sky unpredictable angry or quiet
Rain like sparkling diamonds dropping from the sky,
Sprinkles of splattered splashed spots of sparking spits.
Now BOOM the sky is angry and furious,
Everyone is now as timid as a mouse.
The lightning and thunder is an on and off light switch,
Outside the anger continues to fall.
Children dance away, impatient for the anger to stop,
But nothing happens; the anger continues.
BANG, BOOM, CRASH, BANG!!!
People stay inside they are afraid and are babies,
Rain is now not angry nor upset,
Thunder and lightning is now relaxed.
The storm now as soft as a blanket,
A light sprinkle is yet again droplets once more.
