Here comes the rain! Here comes the rain!
The horses are going wild, galloping up & down
Ants filing through the kitchen, in the shape of a crown
Here comes the rain! Here comes the rain!
The chooks are squawking in a flurry
Must get to the shed in a hurry
Here comes the rain! Here comes the rain!
Cows coming in, from the meadow
Hoping to find some orange mallow
Here comes the rain! Here comes the rain!
We haven't had rain for one whole year
It's so exciting, it's very near
Here comes the rain! Here comes the rain!
My little sister, who is seven
Is dancing around, she's in heaven!
