Daydreaming

I have sailed through the islands of the Caribbean,
I have travelled through countries vast.
I have swam through waters deep like a fish,
I have soared through the air like a bird.
I have explored El Dorado,
The lost city of gold.
I have explored the Himalayas,
Home to the Abominal Snowman.
I have snorkelled down,
To the depths of the Loch Ness Lake,
And met Ol’ Nessie.
I have been to Mars, Jupiter,
Saturn and Neptune.
I have sailed over the seven seas on
A thirty foot catamaran.
I have travelled to every place in the world,
All the while sitting in my little bedroom
At home in Crystal Creek.
