Natural Disasters!!

One day there was a girl named Emily. She loved to surf, so on this fine perfect day, she decided to go surfing. As she got there she saw that her friend, Millie was there. They went surfing together. Once they had three hours of surfing they laid on the beach and waited to dry off before getting into the car. Suddenly the ground started to shake, Cars swaying, trees falling and roads cracking. The two girls tried to stand up but they couldn't. Millie was sure it was a earthquake, the sirens went off and everyone ran from the beach in case there is a tsunami!! Millie and Emily rushed to the car trying to get through the big crowed of people. Emily started the car and drove off. As she was about to pull out onto a main road, the car stopped, there was no gas. She and Millie got out the car, ran to Emily's house to see if her mum was okay. As they got there Emily's mum said " I'm so glad you girls are okay, there has been a news report that a 7.6 earthquake has struck and now a tsunami is heading our way!!"
"Oh no" said Emily worriedly "we must leave now mom!!"
"okay, lets go, Now!!" Emily, Millie and Emily's mum went rushing out the door with the crowed and heard people shouting "A TSUNAMI IS COMING!!" People were crying, wanting to find relatives and many children were lost. The Tsunami was roaring in the ocean. The wave was getting bigger and bigger. People were stopping and giving up. The wave reached the beach and came crashing down. Knocking building down, sweeping up cars and killing many people. Emily looked behind as saw that the wave was right behind her, she couldn’t see her mum or Millie. Then she tripped and hit her head really hard and was knocked out. Emily woke up with a beep beep beep sound. She sat up and saw she was in hospital, the doctor walk in. “Hello Emily, you are probably wondering where you are your in a hospital because you tripped as you were running away from the tsunami and fractured you forehead” said the Doctor
“And I sadly must say that your friend and mother were killed” Emily instantly burst into tears. The doctor patted her of the back and said its alright.
A few days later Emily was all better and she walked out the hospital to see all of the destruction and that people were still searching for loved ones. Emily walked over to her house and saw a picture of her and Millie, she hugged it, tears rolling down her cheeks and begun searching for more precious stuff. The End
