The sun sets,
A gateway to a diamond encrusted mystery opens
Stars bejewelled the sky
Seeing all half of earth from beyond
Ancient as life itself
Knowing all mysteries, crimes
and history itself
The moon,
A beaten up sun
Illuminating the night
Craters like the many eyes watching all
And an army of stars as it's many minions
A ball of fire in the horizon rises
And the moon retreats
The dome of day is among us
Shunning out the stars
