I am the wind gently blowing through the grass.
I am the air filling every gap.
I am the fluorescent colours of the sun falling victim to the obscure night sky.
I am the dreams sailing through your head as you drift off to slumber land.
I am you, I am me, I am everyone.
I am the monster under the bed and the manifested fear that lies with it.
I am the good times you recall and wish you could do again.
I am the lively childhood memories of capering in the park.
I am your loved ones and the raft of emotions you've been through together.
I am the adrenaline rapidly pumping through your veins.
I am the unnoticed bud in the garden waiting to bloom.
I am kindness, empathy, creativity, hatred and love.
I am your final breath and your eyes closing for the last time.
I am life.
