I was snugged up in my peel, it was like a warm blanket. Then suddenly my peel was open! I knew what this was, it was a hand peeling me! I was so scared, I tried to yell but bananas can’t talk!
Then, I was in the mouth being chewed into little pieces. Pretty soon I was just a little bit of mush.
It was time for swallowing. I was pushed down the oesophagus. I tried to climb back up but I knew that wouldn't happen.
Pop! At the end of the oesophagus I was pushed down into the stomach, where I met My Cucumber and Miss Cheese. We were surrounded by stomach acid. It was like a pool party, a very painful pool party. At the end I was just like banana soup.
Whoosh! Soon I was swimming in the small intestine. There my nutrients were sucked up into the blood stream.
Next, the large intestine turned me into waste. It was very gross but I knew this was every banana’s destiny, so I left the body.
