This is a reality,
not a fairytale but a truth,
a world where sanity is non-existent,
and loss is an aching void,
but the dead remain dead,
and the sleepless nights of sorrow drag on,
And we enter this oblivion,
made purely of anger and hate,
ignoring the angles as they weep,
but in this chaos,
we are the hope,
the antidote,
to this madness,
to the poison that attacks each and every cell in our body,
We are the hope.
