Wind screaming,
Waves crashing,
Dark clouds cover the sky,
The rain roars.
Lightning flashes in the heavens above,
Storm banks roil as they dump their load,
Water streaks the sand,
Pebbles roll down the beach.
Trees groan in the gale,
Boats rock in the frothing water,
Birds cry as the wind takes hold,
There is nothing but the storm.
