O Juliet how fair is thy hair,
Like a golden crown, as light as air.
It frames thy face in heavenly light,
And all of darkness it doth smite.
Thy eyes they twinkle like the stars above,
But none can match thou warmth and love.
For they gleam like gold in a dragons hoard,
And is more than any man can afford.
Thy lips are rosy and vibrant red,
Make many a man miserably mislead.
But it fits thy face with a perfect grace,
And nothing truly can it replace.
Thy voice as sweet as a songbird’s song,
And only to you does it belong.
It coaxes memories of many a warm embrace,
And I smile as I gaze at thy sleeping face.
