As the song had finished, leaving a ring to my ears,
The crowd went wild, giving them a cheer.
But gunshots were fired as we yelled ‘get on the floor’
That’s when Paris wasn’t what it use to be before.
We tried to escape but they had locked all the doors,
so we hid under chairs, bodies scattered on the floor.
The room was filled with happiness no more
And Paris wasn’t what it use to be before.
Others had escaped through exits and windows,
but most who dared had now become widows.
‘Cause evil had found them and killed them all.
Paris wasn’t what it use to be before.
That evening the people started to morn,
the whole city of Paris and the world were torn.
And that’s when the whole world finally saw
That Paris wasn’t what it use to be before.
I hope you enjoy, the poem and thank you.
