Tthe sudden swooping and beating of golden wings had me mesmerised it was like 1000 fireflies putting on a show, the grace with which this creature moved, it was like it could dance in the air with no care in the world. I didn't know what to do I wanted to share this moment with my family but if videoed it my parents would just one of the many fantasy videos I make on my computer so I just sat there taking in the beautiful display of art. When I got home mum and dad were asking where I had been I new that if I told the truth I would have been treated with dad having raised eyebrows and crossed arms and mum would be taking my temperature thinking I was delusional, so I just said I sat down on a bench at the park and did my homework in the fresh air and I was just going upstairs to my room to make another video but really I was just going to lye on my bed and think about what I just saw. I had no homework, I just wanted to get away without telling them what I saw. Just then my two annoying brothers barged into my room, it was hard being the middle child squashed between two brothers. "Where were you this afternoon?" they asked in unison
" I was at the park, " I said innocently
"why?" Ben my younger brother asked
" Because I did my homework there ok now go away I have work to do."
" Fine" they said and I was finally alone. What did I really see? Was it a griffin or did I just image it no it to real to be just my imagination. When I woke up the next morning I thought I heard the beating of wings no It's just my imagination but then I opened my eyes and saw it again it was right there outside my window its golden wings shining in the sunlight. I quickly snapped a photo and loaded it to my computer then printed it then stuck it in my diary and wrote an entry. Dear diary I stuck this photo in you so I'll always remember this moment this is the second time I've sean this creature and now I have prof that it wasn't my imagination now I'm sure It's a griffon. At last my heart was at content I had proved my point even if I couldn't tell anybody. I kept seeing the creature but now I had given it a name Aurora another name for the Southern lights that simmer in the sky just like she dose.
