Jack didn’t mind Kindy.
Red paint handprint Would look nice on Jill’s flower-drawing,
His little cheek- she plastered with sheepish flame Small lips peck small face Gee- things changed
Fast
As Dad
Sped across the seething asphalt, Sucking his stinky water from
That pretty, pricy bottle Gee- Dad drunk Tonnes
Of water
Boiling, blistering on His little cheek- Dad branded with fierce blame
Laughed as he cried small tears, ‘Bright burn on a bright boy’ See- Dad just Loved
‘Snap’
Shuffle the cards, Pick up your hand,
And you’ve got the Jack
Of Hearts
