Under The Rim

As the clock counts down,
the Point Guard takes a shot,
swish as the ball goes through the hoop,
as the siren sounds like an alarm clock,
we gather as a team,
the coach tells us what to do on the court,
we work together as a team,
the scores are even,
the opposition gets a foul,
our team gets two shots,
we shoot and they swish,
the crowd goes wild as the scoreboard changes,
the last siren sounds,
as we win the game,
we all belong as a team,
as we wear the same uniform.
