The World Cup has arrived, the players are there and I’m here. The goals are my house and you are not allowed in. The whistle blows and the game begins.
My team is on a roll up the left wing. We take the shot. BEEP. The crowd roars and my team celebrate.
We scored. The other team took the kick off. They came through the middle but our defense tackled. BEEP. Penalty. My teammates were cheering but I was fearing.
The ball is on the spot and my heart is thudding. He comes for a run up but I’m prepared. I think to myself this is my house and you are not allowed in. The whistle blows and he kicks. I dived and I saved it. My teammates ran to me and picked me up. BEEP.
We won the World Cup.
