Christmas Eve, I'm in my bed,
Great thoughts running through my head,
About the many girls and boys,
Who will be getting lots of toys.
Then I hear a noise up high,
Nine brown reindeer in the sky.
There's Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen,
Comet, Cupid, Donner and Blixon.
And leading, wearing a yellow bell,
Was the one we know so well.
Rudolph, with his big red nose,
Landed, lightly on his toes.
Santa hopped out of the bright red sleigh,
Climbed down the chimney,"Hooray, hooray!"
I ran to the lounge room, saw him there,
With a big, white beard and short, white hair.
