The storm,
savage, thunder bellowing, lightning flashing from distress
Rain thumping the innocent ground
Lightning becoming more frantic and untamed as time becomes present
If not for a twig, if only it struck in a different whereabout
But it didn't
The twig ignited into a vast, ombre beast
The illuminate monster moving swiftly, engulfing every last leaf and tree
Soaring with intrigue, the fire exploring and treking
Plants now left smoulder, embers still dancing
The ground's colour faded into a khaki colour and the sky commensing it's arousing.
